Why HRH?

House of Rising Hoopers was founded in January 2024 by Emer Howard & Maeve Coleman to feed hoopers' growing appetite to get better and to reach their goals.

A former pro player, D1 scholarship athlete and international, Emer is currently Head Coach for the Ireland U16 Men's National Team, and has assisted on Ireland U18 Men and U20 Women. Emer is a licensed FIBA L2 & USA Gold coach.

With extensive experience and accolades to her name as a player turned coach, Maeve is currently assisting on Ireland U16 Men and has previously Head Coached the Ireland Senior Women's, U20 and U16 National Teams. Maeve is a licensed FIBA L3 coach.
